ABOUT THE EVENING
Join Lotus Harbor, Roxy of Bloom Mind, Body, and Soul, and Wood Wire & Whimsy for an intentional outdoor evening created for women to slow down, reconnect, and make a little room for themselves.
Together, we will move through an evening of sound, meditation, reflection, release, and meaningful connection.
Roxy of Bloom Mind, Body, and Soul will lead an approximately one-hour sound-healing experience. Terri of Lotus Harbor will welcome guests and guide the grounding meditation, reflection and journaling, symbolic fire-release ceremony, and closing gratitude circle.
The evening will also include charcuterie by Oyster & Oak, light refreshments, beverages, and a thoughtfully selected crystal keepsake for each guest.
TICKETS & REGISTRATION
Early-Bird Registration: $65 | September 2–16
Regular Registration: $75 | September 17–23
Registration closes September 23 or when all 40 spaces have been filled.
Space is intentionally limited to 40 guests, and advance registration is required.
AGE POLICY
Open to women ages 21 and older. Young women ages 16–20 are also welcome when accompanied by a ticketed adult age 21 or older. Every person attending must have their own ticket.
WHAT TO BRING
This experience will take place outdoors. Guests are encouraged to bring a comfortable gravity or reclining chair, yoga mat, blanket, pillows, or anything else they need to rest comfortably during the sound-healing experience. Please dress comfortably for an outdoor evening and bring bug spray if desired.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO NOTICE
Photography and video will take place during the event for event documentation and future marketing. By completing registration, each attendee acknowledges that they may appear in event photographs or video. The ticketed adult accompanying a guest ages 16–20 must complete the registration and acknowledgment for that guest.
WEATHER & REFUND POLICY
If weather requires the event to be rescheduled, all tickets will automatically transfer to Saturday, October 3, 2026, at the same time and location. Tickets are nonrefundable. Additional weather communication will be sent directly to registered guests.
